Purchaser agrees to and understands the following:
1. Landwer Cattery believes this kitten/cat to be healthy at time of sale and free of any life threatening diseases. A
licensed veterinarian must see Kitten/cat within 48 hrs. Of purchase and isolated for a period of 2 wks. During isolation
kitten/cat is to be quarantined from any animal to prevent exposure to disease and injury for veterinarian examination to
be honored. During isolation food brand and type must not change, or household milk given. Problems that may occur will be
resolved at the discression of and as determined by Landwer Cattery. Landwer Cattery must be notified immediately of any concerned
diagnosis from the veterinarian. Copies of all lab reports, x-rays, or additional information must be sent to the breeder
by the veterinarians office before consideration and determination is made by Landwer Cattery for replacement or refund of
kitten/cat warranties are null and void should kitten/cat receive leukemia, FIP or MCK vaccine. Validation from your veterinarian
that your kitten/cat was examined and any existing problems to be noted and received by breeder within 14 days is required
for the health warranty to be valid.
2. No refunds or returns of kitten/cat by reason of upper respiratory illness, diarrhea, ringworm, or internal/external
parasites. These are not considered life threatening. Kitten/cat is warrantied until the age of 1 year against any genetic
defect.
3. Seller will not refund or accept return as a result of illness or injury, caused by the purchaser or others, also of
landlord, marital or allergic problems or any other problems not set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2.
4. Kitten/cat is not to be used for research, also is not to be sold or given to any type of research or testing facility,
pet store, cattery or any unreputable party. Kitten/cat is to be given proper veterinary, grooming and nutritional care. Kitten/cat
is not to be mistreated, abused or neglected in ant manor. If any above mentioned occurs, purchaser agrees to surrender kitten/cat
unconditionally along with papers without cost to seller.
5. Landwer Cattery prefers that the kitten/cat not to be declawed. Declawing is likely to alter the kitten/cat's temperament
and health. Landwer Cattery will hold no responsibility if purchaser decides to declaw.
6. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to register the kitten/cat with CFA when CFA registration forms are received.
7. Kitten/cat is being sold with full breeder rights: Yes__No__ Kitten/cat is being sold as a pet: Yes__No___ Kitten/cat

8. Purchaser acknowledges when purchasing as a pet that the kitten/cat is not to be breed or shown. If kitten/cat is breed
or shown, purchaser agrees to surrender pet papers and is responsible for any expenses incurred by seller, also contract is
null.
9. Kitten/cat is to be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age if being bought as a pet. Kitten/cat registration forms will
be withheld until breeder receives spay/neuter certificate. Breeder must receive Spay/neuter certificate by the 1st day of
kittens 7th month birth date or all health warranties will be become null and void. Spay/neuter cost is the responsibility
of purchaser.
10. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to the kitten/cat
except as set forth in writing in this agreement. There is no implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose
or sale.
11. A superficial examination at time of sale by seller revealed no broken bones, limbs or eye injuries, ect.
12. A deposit is required to hold a kitten/cat. Purchaser has 10 days to sign and return contract. Kitten/cat will be available
for sale after the 10 days if the seller not receive the balance of the sale and signed contract also deposit is forfeited
to the seller. Any shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and not reflected in the sales price.
